1. Cut the false eyelashes to the length same as your eyes
2. Apply some glue on the eyelash. (better with black glue to match your eyeliner’s colour)
3. This is the crucial part. You need to set the mirror with 50° angle of inclination, so that you can see your whole natural lashes from the bottom.
4. Use your both hands to hold the ends of the eyelash, and stick the eyelash along your own real lash and hold for a second. P.S. There should not be any gap between the real and false eyelashes, and eyeline must be drawn beforehand to make it look natural.

We have lately found that there are more people sell counterfeit products in our brand online, like eBay or B2B websites. These sellers are not authorised to re-sell our products, and have already taken legal action against these sellers. Authorised sellers should have a license from us to re-sell products online. If they are counterfeits sellers, they will not be able to provide a proof. Besides, as you can see from the link below, this counterfeit product's logo is rough and distorted, and the quality of the case is also poorer.
In order to protect buyers' rights and interest, we will take all measures to crack down counterfeits, including adding labels or safety seals for buyers to identify the authentic products. We also welcome our members to report suspected fakes by email info@fraulein38.com
In the meantime, we highly suggest our members thinking twice before buying at deep-discount and dollar stores online. Inspect labels and packaging. Misspellings, or unfamiliar packaging should be reported.

Following our message to our members in Italy, we would like to express our concerne about the use of our Facebook page.
We are very thankful that Facebook has provided a new platform for us to have a direct interaction with our members, and even so when our members cannot reach us via email. We understand that our members are very concerned if the orders can arrive before Christmas, especially during this peak season when the delivery takes longer than usual. However, we are concerned that members start to leave their private information on Facebook. Please DO NOT leave any information personal on Facebook including order number, because others may abuse it and try to obtain your private information from us.
In order to protect your privacy, members should be reminded NOT to leave anything private on Facebook. If we find any posts suspicious of containing personal information, we will delete the posts directly without prior notice.
Besides, we highly recommend that members contact us by email and allow 24 hours for our CS to reply before posting on our Facebook. We have also created a new platform for our member to inquire about the order status, so members do not have to worry about their posts being covered by other members' posts on Wall. Our CS will check our discussion board every day to make sure all members who cannot receive emails from us are also taken care of.

Fräulein3°8: A message to our dearest members in Italy
To our dearest members in Italy,
We understand your concern about the delivery time lately, so we'd like to tell you how to estimate the dispatch time.
As you know, we are not based in Italy. No matter the order is shipped from Germany or UK. It usually takes one and a half week.
However, some shipments need to go through the custom office, which may take 1-2 days already. For remote area in Italy, it also takes 1-3 days longer. To ship these items by DHL, we need to pay extra custom fee and remote area shipment. It costs up to 35 GBP. Though it seldom happens, we ship the items with standard international service instead to avoid extra charge to our customers, and that's why we cannot provide tracking number for small orders.
Our dear members in Italy, if you prefer express delivery by DHL, there are 2 ways to go:
1. Make request by email. Our CS will contact you to confirm the new shipping charges by DHL. We will use your shipping address to estimate if extra charge is needed.
2. Purchase more items. We use registered mail for orders over 80 GBP.
Besides, the delivery time is longer than usual during peak season (e.g. Christmas time). Therefore, we highly recommend you to use registered mail for shipping.
We sincerely apologize for all of you who are troubled by the order delivery. Please do have faith in us that we will do our best for you.
